Support Tickets System
Overview
The Tickets tracker provides a shared workspace to log, route, and resolve structural platform failures or complex client accounts requests requiring multi-agent collaboration.
Workspace Navigation Layout
1. Mailbox Routing Folders
The left pane segments ticket lifecycles into five distinct taxonomic mailboxes:
- All: Displays all historical and ongoing tickets without lifecycle exclusions.
- Primary: The main operational workspace repository for active support requests.
- Archive: Safely stores long-term resolved tickets for compliance tracking.
- Spam: Isolates unverified or malicious tracking incidents from core queues.
- Trash: Holds deleted tracking objects prior to permanent system removal.
2. Search & Filtering Utilities
- Status: A dropdown menu to filter ticket arrays based on target lifecycle milestones (e.g., open vs closed).
- Assigned To: Filters tracking items based on the specific handling agent or technical department group.
- Search Input Field: Executes real-time matching queries against ticket subjects or body copy text blocks.
3. Master Incident Grid
Renders ticket datasets inside structured tracking lists featuring specific data columns:
- #: Unique systemic tracking ticket index parameters.
- Requester: Displays the identity parameters of the agent or client who opened the incident.
- Subject: Core textual headline summarizing the platform issue.
- Assigned To: Identifies the specific technician or group holding active operational focus.
- Status: Tracks active ticket states through explicit color-coded indicator labels.
- Priority: Renders classification levels (e.g., High vs Low) to guide urgent response paths.
- Action Tools: Administrative access points providing options to modify or remove ticket files.
Managing Ticket Lifecycles
- Viewing Ticket Details: Clicking any row item in the master grid routes operators to an expanded ticketing workspace view. This dedicated panel displays full incident telemetry logs on one side and a real-time conversational thread on the other, allowing cross-department technicians to collaborate directly toward a resolution.
- Modifying System Parameters: Use the inline action tools to alter operational priority metrics, update ticket assignment owners, or move ticket objects between organizational mailboxes (e.g., moving items to Archive or Trash arrays).
