Integrations

Overview

The Integrations panel provides a central management console to link third-party social messaging channels and service frameworks directly to your Ark platform workspace.

Messaging Channel Configuration

1. WhatsApp Business Channel Connection

To route inbound WhatsApp business text streams through your dashboard conversation lists:

1. Select the green Integrate button to enter the dedicated integration workspace panel.
2. To introduce an account instance, select the top-right Add Account + button to launch the initialization dialog framework.
3. Input the destination phone context numeric parameters inside the target field block of the Login to WhatsApp confirmation panel, then trigger Init WhatsApp Session.
4. The system yields an authorization code string. Finalize connection by following these device management steps within your WhatsApp mobile app:
   • Launch WhatsApp on your mobile terminal device.
   • Access the Settings menu layout directory.
   • Tap into the Linked Devices configuration section.
   • Select Link a device to initialize scanning modes.
   • Select pairing text entry options, input the exact alphanumeric pairing code string generated inside your Ark platform console, and maintain app connectivity until operations complete.

To strip down an existing integration link, use the removal tool (Trash Icon) adjacent to any target account card. This prompts an absolute confirmation modal requiring explicit verification via a red Confirm button.

2. Telegram Messenger Synchronization

The Telegram module supports dual channel architectures: personal session integrations.

Direct Telegram User Profiles

• Select Integrate on the Telegram module card, navigate the multi-tab layout controls, and click Add Account +.
• Complete configuration checks by writing telephone numbers inside fields inside the Login to Telegram modal and trigger Send Verification Code to complete handshake validations.

Social Channel Placeholders

Dedicated workspace layouts are configured and prepared for activation across:

• Facebook Messenger
• Instagram Direct Message
• X (formerly Twitter) API Streams

Email Integration Services

1. Gmail Platform Routing

Synchronizes inbox assets directly inside native platform mail views:

• Access the channel configuration viewport and select Login with Google.
• Upon completing OAuth parameter validations, an account descriptor card exposes connection telemetry data along with dual administrative buttons:
  • Logout of Gmail: Tears down active authentication configurations.
  • Login with another account: Generates separate validation paths to register alternate target mailbox endpoints.
• When managing multi-account routing tables, clicking the target asset card opens an explicit navigation menu allowing you to switch the active mailbox context immediately.

2. Outlook Platform Routing

Provides structural operations mirroring Gmail procedures:

• Trigger Login with Outlook controls to process authorization validation checks.
• Utilize individual workflow buttons to manage active profiles, add alternate accounts, or switch session layers within your unified dashboard email workspace.

Calendar Services Integration

• Google Calendar: Select Login with Google within the Google Calendar integration panel to sync availability layers. This allows your dashboard consultations calendar to coordinate meeting slots and auto-generate Google Meet video links for client bookings.
