Contact Directories

Overview

The Contacts module serves as your unified CRM directory. This dashboard stores structural customer data, phone records, and email contexts across your communication channels, offering specialized views to query contact records based on their originating session network.

Directory Namespace Views

Tab 1: Core Core Contacts Table

  • Lookup Search Fields: A general text filter that runs query matches across customer name strings and phone indices.
  • CRM Core Data Table: Organizes data across six explicit structural tracking columns:
    • Id: Systems database relational unique identifiers.
    • Name: The validated full identity string characterizing the client contact.
    • Email: Account communication electronic destination points.
    • Phone Number: Cellular data routing indexes.
    • Created At: System onboarding confirmation dates marking entry events.
    • Action Parameters: Modification tools to adjust customer schemas.
  • Modifying Contact Details: Clicking the edit tool inside the action row prompts the Client Information dialog. Operators can modify core structural information parameters, saving updates through Save Changes handles or discarding edits via Cancel layout keys.

Tab 2: WhatsApp Session Direct Contacts

  • Session Filtering Controls: A contextual dropdown interface situated at the upper left quadrant isolates contact directories according to specific user configuration sessions. If no active session context exists, a fallback button triggers (Create Whatsapp Session +), routing operators to integration connection panels.
  • Contact Classification Selectors: A primary configuration dropdown positioned above the text lookup bar that alters view structures between Whatsapp Contacts (default individual target records) and Whatsapp Group lists.
  • Data Properties Table: Organizes channel contacts across explicit columns tracking unique IDs, client profile images, full names, cellular phone parameters, and creation dates.
  • Initializing New WhatsApp Chats: Clicking the action row trigger opens the Start a new Whatsapp chat initialization dialog box. This modal provides a boolean sync switch (Sync previous messages) that allows you to fetch historical mobile conversation streams prior to opening the active dashboard chat view.

Tab 3: Telegram Session Contacts

  • Interface Configurations: Replicates the functional architecture of the WhatsApp dashboard module. Features session selection tools, a target category dropdown (Telegram Contacts vs Telegram Group listings), and a standardized data table layout.
  • Initializing New Telegram Chats: Clicking the action row launcher opens the Start a new Telegram chat confirmation modal. This dialog prompts the user with synchronization configuration options, allowing operators to import past messaging context layers before opening the live workspace conversation view.
