- Calendar Grid: Features regular month-by-month navigational arrow buttons. Active calendar days containing valid available booking windows display a green indicator dot beneath their date integer.
- Time List Panel: Selecting an active calendar date renders its full chronological timestamp profile on the right panel, alongside an itemized list of all configured available time windows (e.g.,
12:00am - 12:30am). Individual windows feature trash indicators to remove availability instantly. - Adding New Availability: Clicking the green New available time + trigger launches a configuration modal requiring the following parameters:
- Start Date & End Date: Sets the overall date bounds for the availability rule.
- Start Time & End Time: Defines daily hours limits, supporting manual text entry or interactive analog clock selection controls (e.g.,
09:59 AM). - Meeting Duration: Sets the block layout resolution (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes).
- Create Button: Processes inputs and appends the time blocks to the availability system.
If an operator lacks a connected Google account, a Login with Google + fallback element displays prominently, routing them back to omnichannel integration setup views.
2. Live Calendar Dashboard View
When active links are established with external calendars, a booking banner surfaces presenting your shared URL link parameters (e.g., https://byark.ai/en/booking?slug=ark2) alongside a quick copy icon tool.
